ATOOMANN™ is a trademark and a brand name to all Haruan Biomedical Product manufactured and commercialized by Abmanan Biomedical Sdn Bhd (ABSB). The word has been registered at Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affair (MDTCA), Malaysia on July 2014.

The first four letter 'ATOO' is a nick name used by the founder of Haruan Research Group (HRG), Prof Dr Abdul Manan Mat Jais in his childhood. He is now the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), consultant and project leader in ABSB.

 

Besides that, ATOO is also an arabic word in Al-Quran Surah 38:39.

هَـٰذَا عَطَآؤُنَا فَٱمۡنُنۡ أَوۡ أَمۡسِكۡ بِغَيۡرِ حِسَابٍ۬

This is Our gift, so grant or withhold without account.

The word ATOO in Arabic means Our Gift by Allah SWT.

While the second four letter word MANN, as he is  older, was the name called by members of his family. MANNAN or The One Who Bestows Blessings is also one of the names of God, the Creator which refers to Allah being the One Who bestows infinite blessings and favors on His slaves.
